Michelle Aizenberg

Michelle is a qualified lawyer and global operations leader based in Sydney, Australia. In 2011, She developed her previous company’s first NZ operation in Manila, which was followed by the setup of a 40-person offshore operation in Cebu. Her next challenge was transforming data operations across South East Asia to expand, ensure consistency for international enterprise clients and that each data service was best-in-market. For the past 9 years, she headed up the global data operations of over 250 people, the majority of whom were offshore teams for Australia, New Zealand, United States and United Kingdom products.
